QTS South Dallas DC5 is a planned data center development located at 421 Mason Road in Wilmer, Texas, within the Dallas market. This facility will be part of QTS's DFW2 campus and is designed as a two-story building spanning 363,500 square feet (33,770 sqm). The project involves an investment of $290 million. Construction is scheduled to commence in July 2026, with an anticipated completion date in September 2027. QTS, owned by Blackstone, is expanding its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with this development joining their existing 55-acre campus in Irving, which offers 147MW of capacity, and another facility in Fort Worth.
