QTS Data Centers is developing a new 42MW data center, QTS Fort Worth 1 DC2, located at 14100 Park Vista Blvd in Fort Worth, Texas. This project, an addition to QTS's existing campus, will be a two-story facility spanning 471,875 sq ft (43,840 sqm).
The investment for this new data center is $220 million. Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2024 and conclude in April 2026.
