Provident Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is a forthcoming 54MW data center facility located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas. This development is a joint venture between Provident Data Centers, the data center division of the Dallas-based real estate firm Provident, and Northampton Capital Partners, an alternative asset management firm focused on infrastructure investments. The project is anticipated to be operational by late 2027. The precise location within the North Dallas Corridor is yet to be announced. This initiative is part of a broader framework agreement between the partners to develop additional inference-ready data center sites across the United States. Provident Data Centers has a history of projects in various Texas locations including Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, Garland, Plano, and Austin, as well as other states.
