Project Orange is a planned hyperscale data center campus in the Lancaster area of Dallas, Texas, being developed by WHL Dallas 45 LLC. Sited on 116 acres at 201 Sunrise Road, the project is designed to deliver seven purpose‑built data center buildings, each with an estimated 36 MW of IT capacity and approximately 226,630 sq ft (≈21,055 m²) of floorspace. At full build‑out, the campus would total around 1.5 million sq ft (≈139,350 m²) of technical space and 252 MW of capacity.

The development forms part of a dual‑site strategy alongside the adjacent Project Labrador, with both campuses together spanning more than 530 acres and potentially hosting 13 facilities totaling over 2.5 million sq ft. A traffic study tied to a related road reclassification request referenced a “maximum build‑out” scenario of 18 buildings and 5.66 million sq ft of data center use, indicating scope for future expansion beyond the initial plan.
