PowerHouse Circle T Campus

PowerHouse Data Centers is developing the Circle T Campus, a significant data center project located at 13580 Denton Highway in Westlake, Texas, a town north of Fort Worth. The campus is planned to encompass approximately 87.96 acres and is designed to support up to four buildings, each around 300,000 sq ft, with a total capacity of 300MW. PowerHouse has partnered with Oncor to establish a 350MW substation to power the facility and local infrastructure. This development is expected to provide substantial tax benefits to the Westlake community. PowerHouse, a division of American Real Estate Partners founded in 2022, has a growing presence in Texas, with this project contributing to its extensive pipeline in the state.
