GDC - Dallas TX4 Data Center

Located at 2060 Lookout Drive in Garland, just northeast of downtown Dallas, the TX4 Data Center is GDC's fourth facility on its 124MW campus. Designed to meet the growing demands of cloud providers and AI-driven enterprises, TX4 will deliver 36MW of critical IT load across 127,000 square feet of IT space, making it one of the most advanced and scalable data centers in the region.

TX4 is engineered for high-density computing, supporting power densities of 70kW per rack or higher, and is fully compatible with liquid cooling technologies to accommodate next-generation GPU workloads. The facility features fan coil wall cooling, hot aisle containment, and a closed-loop water cooling system, ensuring energy efficiency and thermal stability.

Security is paramount, with multi-factor authentication, 100+ real-time surveillance feeds, and a 24/7 in-house security team. TX4 also includes secure managed delivery zones, fenced perimeter, and intelligent video analytics using Avigilon H4 Fisheye Cameras—the same system used by the Pentagon.

Connectivity is robust and carrier-neutral, with three diverse fiber entry points, two Carrier Meet-Me Rooms, and access to major providers including AT&T, Zayo, Lumen, Verizon, and Megaport. The site is also within 13km of existing GDC client locations and connects to major hubs like EQIX and DE-CIX.

TX4 is built to LEED certification standards and complies with SOC1 & SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53 High, and HIPAA, ensuring top-tier compliance for regulated industries.
