Flexential Dallas - Talty Data Center

Flexential is developing a significant new data center campus in Talty, Texas, located approximately 30 miles east of Dallas. The acquisition of 110 acres will support a multi-building campus with a total planned capacity of 108MW. The initial phase of development, slated to begin in early 2027 for a late 2028 launch, will feature a 375,000 sq ft facility designed to deliver 36MW of capacity. This phase will cater to wholesale and multi-tenant colocation workloads, offering high-density rack support up to 150kW per rack and utilizing a closed-loop cooling system to optimize water usage. This expansion addresses the strong demand and growth potential within the Dallas-Fort Worth market, where Flexential already operates three other facilities.
