Equinix is expanding its presence in Dallas, Texas, with the development of the Equinix DA12 Campus. Located at 1550 West Mockingbird Lane, this new campus will feature multiple data center buildings.
DA12-1 will be a four-story facility spanning 372,515 sq ft (34,608 sqm), with construction scheduled from February 2026 to October 2027. Equinix plans to invest over $542.8 million in this phase.
Adjacent to DA12-1, DA12-2 will be another four-story building. The investment for DA12-2 is projected at $293.7 million, with construction expected to take place from September 2027 to March 2028. The site, formerly occupied by Taylor Publishing Company and Balfour Publishing, has been cleared for development.
