CyrusOne Fairfield Campus

CyrusOne is developing a new data center campus in Fairfield, Texas, located approximately 90 miles south of Dallas. This facility, named CyrusOne Fairfield, is strategically situated adjacent to the Freestone Energy Center, a natural gas-fired power plant operated by Calpine LLC, a business unit of Constellation. An initial agreement with Constellation and Calpine secures 380MW of power for the new data center, with an exclusive option for an additional 380MW for Phase II. This partnership leverages existing energy infrastructure to ensure reliable and scalable power for the data center, while also supporting grid reliability for local communities. CyrusOne, owned by KKR, is expanding its significant footprint in the Texas market, which already includes over 14 planned and operational data centers, with a strong concentration around the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
