DFW3, DFW4 and DFW5 form CyrusOne’s premier data center campus in Allen, Texas, just north of Dallas. Spanning over 90 acres, it’s the largest data center development in the state, purpose-built for high efficiency and resilience in large-scale IT operations.

The campus delivers up to 50 megawatts of critical IT capacity across three state-of-the-art facilities totaling 976,000 square feet. Each building is optimized with water-free cooling systems, low PUEs, and a closed-loop air-cooled chilled water design supporting up to 180 watts per square foot.

Security is multilayered, featuring biometric dual-factor authentication, anti-tailgating vehicle systems, perimeter steel fencing, and 24/7 surveillance. Sustainability is baked into the site’s DNA, with renewable energy sourcing and a Green Globe rating of 3 Globes.
