CleanArc Data Centers

The CleanArc Dallas, located in Dallas, Texas, is a significant data center development project undertaken by CleanArc in partnership with real estate firm Crow Holdings. This multi-building campus is planned for a 40-acre lot in the Stemmons Corridor and is designed to deliver a total capacity of 245MW.

The initial phase of the development is targeting the delivery of a 70MW building in late 2027. The project includes the development of an on-site substation, ensuring robust power infrastructure. This campus is strategically positioned to serve hyperscale and AI users, offering unparalleled connectivity and scalability.

CleanArc, founded in 2024 by Jim Trout, aims to develop large-scale data center campuses. Crow Holdings, a real estate investment and development firm with extensive experience, brings its expertise to this project, leveraging its long-standing ownership of the site and its deep understanding of the Dallas market.
