Amazon AWS - 401 Ezell Drive

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is expanding its presence in the Dallas market with a new data center facility located at 401 Ezell Dr in De Soto, Texas. This project, known as the Ezell Drive Campus, involves the construction of a 30,000 square foot (2,790 sq m) data center building, along with supporting infrastructure such as MEP systems, MMR Buildings for cable entry, and a pumphouse.

The company plans to invest $6 million in this development, which is scheduled to commence construction early next year and is anticipated to be completed in 2024. While modest in size compared to some of AWS's larger hyperscale developments, this facility represents a strategic addition to their data center footprint in the region.
