Tract

Tract has acquired 1,515 acres of land in Caldwell County, Texas, near Uhland, for a 2GW data center park. The company plans to develop a master-planned campus tailored for public cloud, AI training, and inferencing applications. The site benefits from transmission infrastructure, natural gas access, and long-haul fiber connectivity, making it an attractive location for large-scale data center operations.

The initial 360MW grid connection is scheduled to be energized in 2028, in partnership with Blue Bonnet Electric Cooperative. Tract has worked closely with local communities and state agencies to ensure the project aligns with regional development goals. The company has also committed to supporting thousands of skilled construction and operations jobs as part of the campus expansion.
