It is part of a larger 224-acre campus comprising six buildings, with DC5 offering 240,000 SF of data hall space and a total load capacity of 108 MW, with 72 MW critical load. The facility is designed for high-density compute, AI, and HPC workloads, supporting 300-1,000 W/SF. Power is supplied by dual on-site private 300 MW substations, with 2N, N+1, or N configurations available for IT environments. Cooling solutions include raised floor or slab on grade deployments, high-efficiency air-cooled chillers with air-side economization, and support for in-row and in-rack cooling. The site benefits from diverse fiber connectivity and qualifies for State of Texas Data Center Tax Incentives.
