This facility is part of a larger 224-acre campus with a total design capacity of 600 MW, featuring dual on-site private 300 MW substations for rapid deployment.
DC4 offers 240,000 square feet of data hall space and can accommodate 300-1,000 W/SF, making it ideal for HPC, AI, and hyperscale compute. Power configurations include 2N, N+1, and N, with a critical load of 72 MW and a total load of 108 MW. The facility boasts diverse fiber connectivity with low-latency routes and qualifies for State of Texas Data Center Tax Incentives.
Security features include an 8-foot Ameristar II fence and a 5,500 SF security building, designed for 24/7 on-site security operations. Cooling options support high-density environments with raised floor or slab-on-grade deployments and can accommodate air-cooled chillers with air-side economization, as well as in-row and in-rack cooling solutions.
