Skybox PowerCampus Austin DC1, located in Hutto, Texas, is a 72MW enterprise-class data center designed to Tier III standards. It is the first building of a planned 6-building campus totaling 3,880,000 SF on a 224-acre site, with a total campus power capacity of up to 600 MW. This facility is optimized for high-density computing, including HPC, AI, and Hyperscale workloads, offering power densities of 300-1,000 W/SF. Key features include dual on-site 300 MW substations for rapid deployment, diverse fiber connectivity, and eligibility for State of Texas Data Center Tax Incentives. The design supports various configurations such as 2N, N+1, and N for power and cooling redundancy, with options for raised floor or slab-on-grade deployments and advanced cooling solutions. Security is paramount, with a 24/7 on-site security team and an 8-foot security fence. DC1 specifically offers 469,000 SF of building space, including 160,000 SF of data hall space across 12 halls, with a critical load of 48MW and N+1 redundancy.
