The Skybox Austin Campus, located in Pflugerville, Texas, is a 25-acre, two-building data center facility master-planned to accommodate up to two 141,000 SF data centers. Designed to serve hyperscale, enterprise, and high-performance computing customers, the campus is situated in Austin's "Silicon Hills" region. It features dedicated, redundant power feeds from two diverse Oncor substations via underground duct banks, benefiting from Oncor's deregulated power territory for access to renewable energy programs. The facility also provides diverse fiber connectivity and low-latency access to major connectivity hubs across Texas markets, including Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. As part of the Skybox Powered by Prologis joint venture, Skybox Austin offers flexible data center configurations, sustainable amenities, and provisions for future expansion.
