The SDC Austin Campus by Sabey Data Centers is a purpose-built facility located in Round Rock, Texas, just north of Austin. Designed for enterprise and hyperscale deployments, the site includes 603,000 square feet of mission-critical space and up to 84MW of power capacity. It features high-density cooling (200kW per cabinet), carrier-neutral connectivity, and eight layers of physical and digital security.
Construction is phased, with new data halls scheduled to come online in 2027 and further expansion expected. The campus supports colocation, build-to-suit, and powered shell offerings, all backed by Sabey's integrated delivery model—combining in-house design, construction, and operations. This ensures customizable solutions delivered on time and within budget.
SDC Austin reflects Sabey’s sustainability goals, with a pledge to reach net-zero carbon emissions across Scope 1 and Scope 2 by 2029. Strategically situated in a low-risk natural disaster zone, the campus also benefits from Texas’s competitive power costs and proximity to major cities, making it an attractive location for high-capacity, energy-efficient digital infrastructure.
