Rowan Digital Infrastructure

The Moriah Data Center, a pioneering project by Rowan Digital Infrastructure, is situated in the heart of Texas. Acquired in 2020, this 35-acre campus in Temple, Texas, represents Rowan's first operational asset. With a substantial 500MW capacity, the center was developed in two phases; the first phase aimed to be online by summer 2022, and the second phase reached full operational status by 2023.

Strategically located, Moriah offers competitive energy rates, benefiting from its proximity to a diverse array of fiber networks. These include Fiberlight, Level 3, Telia, Zayo, redIT, and AT&T, ensuring robust connectivity options for clients.
