Project Longhorn Campus, developed by Pacifico Energy with BlackChamber Partners, is a significant planned data center facility located on Earl Callahan Road near Walter Hoffman Road in Cedar Creek, Texas. The expansive campus covers approximately 2,842 acres and is designed to support a substantial IT capacity of around 490 MW. Building One alone is slated for 498,165 sq ft. Power for the facility is proposed to be generated on-site via natural gas. A pending application indicates a maximum nominal output of 1,325.76 MW for the power plant, with an earlier report suggesting 710 MW. While Anthropic has been reported as a prospective tenant, this remains unconfirmed. The project is currently in the planned/pre-construction phase.
