Project Hutto

Project Hutto is a proposed data center development by Zydeco Development, located on a 40-acre site at Co Rd 119 & Limmer Loop in Hutto, Texas, within the Austin market. The project plans for a 950,000 sq ft building, aiming to provide approximately 70MW of capacity upon completion. Zydeco Development, an Austin-based company with experience in business properties, including the MetCenter Creative business park which accommodates data centers, is behind this initiative. The proposed campus is designed to offer $200 million in predictable taxable value and will feature a closed-loop cooling system. The project's approval is pending decisions from the Hutto Planning and Zoning Commission and the Hutto City Council. Hutto is situated approximately 28 miles northeast of Austin, an area already hosting over 40 data centers from various operators.
