Prime Data Centers is developing two new data center facilities, AUS01 and AUS02, located at 1395 Bob White Road in Maxwell, Texas, within the Austin market. Each facility is planned to span 380,000 sq ft, bringing the total to 760,000 sq ft. The project represents an investment of $400 million by Prime Data Centers. Construction is scheduled to commence in June 2026, with an anticipated completion date in September 2027. This development is situated in Caldwell County, a region attracting significant data center interest. Prime Data Centers has a substantial global footprint, with 7GW of operational and planned capacity across the US and Europe, including locations like Chicago, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Frankfurt, and Berlin.
