Colovore

Colovore is planning a state-of-the-art liquid-cooled data center in Hutto, near Austin, Texas. Known as "Project Raptor," this facility will span approximately 180,000 square feet, with an additional 13,000 square feet dedicated to office space. The project represents a significant investment of $500 million and is set to be part of a larger industrial park in the area.

The data center will focus on high-density colocation services, leveraging Colovore's expertise in liquid-cooling technology to support demanding workloads like artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026.

Colovore Hutto

Colovore was granted a site use permit by Hutto City Council in December 2024 for a new data center.
