Blueprint Georgetown DC

Georgetown DC is a 10-acre data center development by Blueprint Data Centers in Georgetown, Texas, located roughly 25 miles north of downtown Austin. The site is part of one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States and reflects Blueprint’s strategic push into the Central Texas region.

The project is slated to deliver a 45,000-square-foot facility with a utility capacity of up to 25 MW, supported by local tax incentives and a $160 million investment commitment. Designed for high-performance computing and cloud applications, it will offer flexible colocation solutions aligned with modern energy and operational standards.

Georgetown DC complements Blueprint’s broader infrastructure vision, serving as a counterpart to the larger Taylor DC project nearby. Together, these sites are expected to deliver 85 MW of capacity and support long-term scalability for AI and cloud-driven workloads.
