Crusoe's Goodnight Campus, located at 10001 Lima Road in Claude, Texas, is a hyperscale data center development being built for Google to support cloud computing and artificial intelligence workloads. The campus is currently reported to comprise six buildings, following a revision of the original seven-building proposal. The six buildings account for approximately 4.19 million sq ft of reported gross building area, with planned campus capacity reported at more than 1 GW.
The development is directly connected to Serena's adjacent Goodnight 1 wind farm, which is operational, and Goodnight 2 wind farm, which is under construction. Crusoe broke ground on the campus in June 2025. According to updates shared at a community open house in September 2026, the first buildings are expected to be handed over to Google in early 2027, with campus construction targeted for completion by the end of 2027.
The campus uses a closed-loop, non-evaporative liquid cooling system designed to limit water consumption. Its large-scale development and direct connection to nearby wind generation make it a significant AI infrastructure project in Armstrong County, Texas.
