Crusoe Goodnight Campus

Crusoe Cloud's Goodnight Campus, located at 10001 Lima Rd in Claude, Texas, is an ambitious hyperscale data center development poised to become one of the largest AI infrastructure projects in the U.S. The campus is planned in two phases, featuring a total of seven buildings with over 1 GW of planned capacity and an estimated capital investment of up to $29 billion.

Phase 1 includes four buildings, each approximately 490,000 sq ft, with a total footprint of about 1.9 million sq ft and a capacity of up to 530 MW. Phase 2 will add three more buildings, covering approximately 1.5 million sq ft combined, with an additional capacity of up to 500 MW. The project is strategically located within the SPP grid territory, leveraging access to affordable power and renewable energy sources, including a potential supply agreement with Serena's Goodnight Wind Farm.

The Goodnight Campus mirrors Crusoe's Abilene campus, which is reportedly tied to OpenAI's Project Stargate, utilizing the same building module and design. At full build-out, the campus will span 3.4 million sq ft and rival major hyperscale projects. The development signifies Crusoe's repeatable, gigawatt-scale blueprint for AI infrastructure and represents a significant economic anchor for Armstrong County.
