The Cogent Data Center in Nashville provides a total of 27,502 square feet of space, with 7,755 square feet of raised floor and 8,654 square feet of non-raised floor area using 42U APC AR3100 cabinets. Security is maintained through a gated facility, 24/7 camera monitoring, and a CCURE card reader access system.
Power is supplied via an 80kVA UPS, expandable to 120kVA, featuring East Penn AVR95-11 batteries and multiple 50kVA PDUs. Emergency backup is provided by a 1,500 KW diesel generator with two 2,000amp Automatic Transfer Switches. The environment is managed by multiple HVAC chillers, VESDA Xtralis air sampling, and clean agent zone suppression systems.
Connectivity options include Cogent, Zayo, AT&T, Windstream, Time Warner, TVA, and Comcast. The facility supports wave-enabled services, port sizes up to 100GE, and utility computing. Clients also benefit from free WiFi on-site.
