The STEM Practice Memphis is a planned AI data center located at 1341 Sycamore View Road in Memphis, Tennessee. Developed by Golden Acquisitions in partnership with The STEM Practice, an Oracle partner, this facility will be modular and scalable, designed to meet sovereign AI requirements.
The project involves redeveloping an existing four-story building on a 1.5-acre parcel. The first phase of the 38,500-square-foot (3,575 sqm) data center is targeted for completion by May 2026. At full build-out, the site is expected to offer up to 9MW of power.
The STEM Practice intends to create an "AI Inference Grid" utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modular data centers. The company aims to transform underutilized data centers into AI-ready hubs, bringing AI capabilities closer to end-users. This Memphis location is one of four planned Tennessee data center sites for The STEM Practice, all slated to open in May 2026.
