Oppidan has filed plans to construct a 99,000-square-foot data center in Memphis, Tennessee. The facility will be located at 3900 S. Mendenhall Road and is designed as a single-story structure. Construction was expected to begin in the summer of 2023, with the data center becoming operational in 2025.

This project represents Oppidan's continued expansion into mission-critical facilities across the United States. Known for its expertise in industrial and data center developments, Oppidan has previously worked with major clients such as Oracle and Sabey Corp. The Memphis data center will contribute to the city's growing digital infrastructure, creating jobs and supporting the increasing demand for advanced technological services.
