The proposed data center campus, known as Project Gravity, is set to be developed in Archbald, Pennsylvania, spanning approximately 186 acres. The plans include up to six two-story buildings, each with a floor area of 135,000 square feet, resulting in a total of 1.62 million square feet across the campus. Additionally, two on-site substations are part of the design to support the facility's operations.
The project is being spearheaded by Archbald 25 Developer LLC, an affiliate linked to Western Hospitality Partners. The site was acquired from Five Up Realty LLC, which had previously purchased the land in 2023. While the exact company behind the affiliate remains unclear, the development reflects growing interest in northern Pennsylvania as a potential hub for data center infrastructure.
