Visit WebsiteA former junkyard in Archbald, Pennsylvania is being transformed into a data center campus known as the Archbald Data & Energy Center. PDC Realty LLC, affiliated with local businessman Jim Marzolino, acquired the 83.5-acre Highway Auto Parts site for $1.575 million and filed zoning permits to develop three two-story data centers totaling approximately 880,000 sq ft. The site will also include at least one substation. Demolition of existing structures is expected to begin in Q1 2026.
