Keystone Trade Center

The planned NorthPoint Development data center park in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is set to be a massive digital infrastructure campus. Approved as part of the Keystone Trade Center's third phase, this project will transform 247 acres of the former U.S. Steel site into a state-of-the-art facility. The development will feature ten single- or two-story data center buildings, ranging in size from 112,000 to 217,000 square feet, totaling approximately 2 million square feet of data center space.

This ambitious project reflects NorthPoint's pivot from distribution facilities to data centers, driven by market demand and a new agreement with an end-user. The site is strategically located to leverage existing infrastructure, including surplus power availability, ensuring robust operational capabilities. The data center park is part of a broader redevelopment plan for the Keystone Trade Center, which aims to create a mix of industrial, logistics, and digital infrastructure spaces across its 1,850-acre footprint.
