MRP Perry County Campus

MRP Industrial is planning a significant data center campus on a 288-acre site in Perry County, Pennsylvania, located near Duncannon. The proposed campus, situated between Amity Road, the Susquehanna Trail, and US Hwy 22, is envisioned to comprise ten data center buildings, each approximately 138,000 sq ft. This project represents a shift from MRP Industrial's previous plans for a logistics hub on the same site. The development is in its initial planning stages, with discussions held at a Planning Commission meeting. Watts Township is also evaluating zoning ordinances to potentially include data centers. Perry County, northwest of Harrisburg, is emerging as a location for data center growth within Pennsylvania, a state experiencing rapid expansion in data center capacity.
