The Wildcat Ridge AI Data Center Campus is a proposed $2.1 billion project in Archbald, Pennsylvania. Spanning 400 acres, the campus will feature 14 three-story data centers, each approximately 379,500 square feet (35,257 square meters) in size, totaling around 17.2 million square feet (1.6 million square meters). The site, previously intended for a housing development, is located near Business Route 6 and Wildcat Road. It will include its own substation, leveraging proximity to a PPL substation.
The project, submitted by LaBella Associates on behalf of an unnamed developer, requires rezoning the land for industrial use. A decision on the zoning amendment is expected by late 2025. If approved, this ambitious development will significantly expand data center infrastructure in northern Pennsylvania.
