Sabey Data Centers’ SDC Umatilla Campus is a newly developed, large-scale facility in the Columbia River Cloud Corridor, Umatilla, Oregon. With two purpose-built buildings totaling over 714,000 square feet, it offers scalable colocation, powered shell, and build-to-suit services. The site supports remote hands and high-efficiency operations, designed for enterprise and hyperscale clients.

The campus is provisioned for more than 150MW of total power capacity and targets an estimated average annualized PUE of ~1.3. Located in a seismically stable region with a mild climate, Umatilla enables cost-efficient cooling and operational resilience. Connectivity is supported by diverse fiber routes and proximity to major data center hubs like Hillsboro, just 200 miles away.
