Our Woodlawn location is a high-power, cost-efficient data center designed for AI training, GPU clusters, HPC workloads, backup and disaster recovery environments, and organizations that need substantial compute capacity without the premium costs of traditional enterprise colocation. The facility is optimized for customers whose primary requirement is access to scalable power and deployment flexibility rather than Tier III amenities and pricing.

Powered by a dedicated 2.5 MW transformer and equipped with 2000A switchgear at 480V, Building 2 supports deployments ranging from 50 kW to multi-megawatt requirements. The facility offers 18,000 sq ft of powered space, six 225 kVA PDUs, industrial evaporative cooling, high-powered ventilation, loading dock access, oversized equipment entry, and space for additional cooling infrastructure as customer requirements grow.

Building 2 is particularly well suited for AI startups, GPU hosting providers, research organizations, and rapidly growing technology companies that need affordable access to large power blocks, fast deployment timelines, and room to scale. With multiple connectivity options, remote hands support, and flexible commercial structures, the facility provides a practical alternative to traditional enterprise data centers for compute-intensive workloads.
