Profile

Telesystem I is a world class data center meeting industry standards such as the Uptime Institute's Tier III and Tier IV standards for structure and mechanicals. In addition, Telesystem I voluntarily undertook and passed a SSAE SOC 16 Type I attestation for Security and Availability principles. We believe we are the only Data Center in the area with SSAE SOC 2 attestation.

The facility itself, housed within the network operations center, showcases the Telesystem standard for exceeding normal data center specifications. For starters, Telesytem looked at the specifications to withstand an E-F-5 tornado. and doubled them..effectively giving Telesystem a network operations center with walls over one foot thick. Once complete, we topped off the structure with a solid, concrete roof.

The structure also features state of the art cooling and power capabilities. In row, chilled water cooling and air purifying equipment are monitored 24x7x365 using struxureware..ensuring Telesystem I is running at optimum environmental conditions.

Each cabinet comes standard with an uniterruptable power supply with modular-based batteries ensures a 625 KVA, fully redundant power supply. All cabinet rows have redundant, state of the art modular power distribution units or pdu's, allowing for easy "plug and play" replacement of breakers, along with a dedicated 1600 amp power supply.

For electrical outages Telesystem's 1875 kva emergency generators ensure that power remains constant in case of a short-term electricity outage.

For connectivity, Telesystem offers both public and private options. Utilizing Telesystem's redundant metro-ethernet network, customers have the ability to connect to their equipment within Telesystem I using a private, layer 2 E-line service with bandwidths up to 10Gig.

Each Telesystem I cabinet is enabled with two megabits of public internet access that can grow to 10 gig allowing public connectivity from anywhere an internet connection is available.
