QTS New Albany 3 represents a significant expansion in the data center landscape, with a strategic location in New Albany, Ohio. This development is part of a larger plan by QTS Data Centers to invest approximately $1.5 billion in four state-of-the-art facilities designed to meet the growing demand for data processing and storage.

The project is set to unfold on two adjacent sites, encompassing over 90 acres of land. The first site will feature two buildings on a 57-acre property, while the second site will host another two buildings on a 37-acre parcel. Together, these facilities will offer a combined power capacity of over 200MW, catering to a variety of tenants and industries.

QTS's commitment to the New Albany community is evident in their collaboration with local authorities to secure community reinvestment area agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and sustained economic growth. The presence of other tech giants like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft in the area underscores New Albany's emerging status as a hub for technological innovation.
