The newly acquired land, located west of Thornwood Drive and south of Hallie Lane, spans approximately 219 acres. This acquisition is part of a broader strategy to develop multiple data center campuses in Licking County, including sites in New Albany and Hebron.

The Heath campus is expected to feature a five-building data center complex, with construction likely to begin in summer 2025 and the first building anticipated to be completed by early 2028.
