Google has acquired 85 acres in New Albany, Ohio, for a potential data center development. The company purchased the land from DBT-Data, a real estate firm specializing in data center properties, for $63 million.

The site is located at 2565 Harrison Road NW, approximately four miles north of Google’s existing New Albany data center campus. While development plans have not been finalized, Google stated that the acquisition ensures future expansion options as business demand grows.
