Cologix

Cologix, a Denver-based data center operator, is set to invest $7 billion in a new data center campus in Licking County, Ohio. This ambitious project will span 154 acres and include eight facilities, delivering up to 800MW of capacity across two million square feet. 

The first phase of development is expected to begin in 2025. This investment underscores Cologix's commitment to providing high-capacity, resilient digital infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of its customers. The new campus will further solidify Central Ohio's position as a major hub for data center activity, joining the ranks of other tech giants like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.
