According to BizJournal, the data center company acquired 89.4 acres of vacant land at 6770 Mink Street for $13.9 million, as recorded by Licking County property records. The seller was Shaffer Family Investments LLC.
Scott Fulton, the city's planning director, mentioned that while the city was aware of interest in the property, they were not informed about the transaction and have not received any applications or plans.
