Prologis Project Mila DC1

Prologis Project Mila Campus is a significant data center development planned for Trenton, Ohio, located in the Trenton Industrial Park. The project, situated on 141 acres acquired by Prologis, is set to feature four single-story buildings, each approximately 220,000 sq ft, along with an on-site substation. Ground preparation has commenced, with construction on the first building anticipated to begin later this year, targeting a 2028 launch. The full completion of all four buildings is projected for 2029. Prologis has committed to covering the costs for necessary area infrastructure upgrades. The site is strategically located about a mile south of downtown Trenton and approximately 30 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. The development is within the City's Industrial General (IG) zoning district. The project is expected to utilize around 15 million gallons of water annually, with all details subject to ongoing review and verification by the City of Trenton.
