Ark Data Centers Akron Campus

Ark Data Centers operates two purpose-built, concurrently maintainable facilities at its Akron Campus in Akron, Ohio, providing a total of over 52,000 square feet of secure data storage. These state-of-the-art environments offer scalable data center solutions, eliminating the need for customers to independently own, operate, and maintain such facilities.

Akron I is a 3rd-generation facility, while Akron II is an Uptime Institute® certified Tier III, 4th-generation facility. Both are equipped with comprehensive environmental systems, redundant backup power and HVAC, specialized fire detection, and reinforced concrete construction. The facilities provide conditioned data center space for mission-critical infrastructure and are supported by redundant fiber optic connections. They ensure 24/7/365 critical monitoring and secure access with biometric security.

In 2023, Ark's Akron Data Center achieved ENERGY STAR® Certification, recognizing its verified energy performance and commitment to energy efficiency.
