Teton Digital

Project Trinity, a 100MW data center development by Teton Digital, is located in Tioga, North Dakota, on 25 acres in Dry Fork Township. The project received approval from Williams County Commissioners to proceed with a conditional use permit.

The development will occur in two phases. Phase one aims to bring 30MW online by Q3/Q4 2025, utilizing power from an adjacent substation. Phase two involves constructing a 100MW+ substation in collaboration with local utility MWEC, with the full 100MW colocation facility expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Teton Digital, the developer, specializes in large data center developments and stranded energy data centers, also offering colocation services. The company is the parent of Scate Ventures, which operates a 20MW site in Washington state and consults on multiple sites across the US and Canada.
