Enovum Data Centers - NC03

Enovum Data Centers - NC03 is a planned data center development by WhiteFiber, a Bit Digital-backed firm, located in Yadkinville, North Carolina. The project involves retrofitting two industrial sites acquired from Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. for $60 million. The campus, designated as NC-3, is expected to provide an initial gross utility capacity of 30MW, with ready-for-service capacity targeted for the third quarter of 2027. The acquired properties encompass approximately 120 acres of land and 500,000 square feet of warehouse space. Over time, NC-3, along with its sister site NC-2, has the potential to support up to approximately 200MW of combined gross utility capacity. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026. These new sites are situated approximately 55 miles from WhiteFiber's existing NC-1 data center campus in Madison, North Carolina. WhiteFiber is actively engaged in discussions with prospective customers for the Yadkinville sites.
