Enovum Data Centers - NC02

Enovum Data Centers - NC02, located in Yadkinville, North Carolina, is a planned data center campus developed by WhiteFiber, a subsidiary of Enovum Data Centers Corp. The site is part of a larger acquisition of two industrial properties from Unifi Manufacturing, Inc., encompassing approximately 120 acres and 500,000 square feet of warehouse space. WhiteFiber aims to retrofit these properties into data center campuses, with NC-02 and NC-03 expected to provide a combined minimum of 60MW of initial gross utility capacity, targeting ready-for-service capacity in the third quarter of 2027. The sites are situated approximately 55 miles from WhiteFiber's existing NC-1 data center in Madison, North Carolina. The company is in advanced discussions with prospective customers and has received non-binding letters of intent. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026.
