Spearheaded by Tract, a development firm specializing in tech infrastructure, the project aims to serve the growing digital demands of the Southeastern U.S. by providing high-performance computing facilities.

Strategically located near Duke Energy transmission lines, the site is positioned to support high-tech operations with reliable power access. The campus will be thoughtfully designed to blend into the community, maintaining natural buffers and minimizing visual and noise impact.

Once operational, the data center is expected to generate 195 full-time jobs with an average annual salary of $100,000, along with substantial indirect employment opportunities across local trades. Over a 20-year span, it could contribute hundreds of millions in tax revenue to the town, county, and school district.
