Microsoft Boyd Farms (CLT13) is a planned data center facility located in Maiden, North Carolina, on a 294.73-acre site. This facility is part of the larger Microsoft Boyd Farm Campus, which is under construction and aims to expand cloud infrastructure capacity for Microsoft's North Carolina Regional Network Gateway (RNG).
The campus will feature five data center buildings: CLT10, CLT11, CLT12, CLT13, and CLT14. Each building is projected to offer up to 48MW of capacity.
