ImpactData Greensboro Data Center, located at Gateway Research Park in Greensboro, North Carolina, is a groundbreaking project designed to bridge the digital divide while fostering innovation. Developed in partnership with Raeden, this 115,000-square-foot facility is branded as a "Dream Center" and will feature 20MW of IT capacity in its initial phase, set to launch in Q2 2026. The site is designed to scale up to over 300MW in subsequent phases, ensuring long-term growth and adaptability.

Strategically positioned near North Carolina A&T State University, the data center will provide educational services and access to a talent pool specializing in AI and machine learning. Powered by Duke Energy, the facility emphasizes sustainability and efficiency, aligning with ImpactData's mission to integrate digital infrastructure with community development. This project represents a significant step in ImpactData's vision of deploying purpose-built colocation data centers on university campuses across the Southeastern United States.
