LogicalSolutions.net was acquired by EarthLink on May 30, 2011

EarthLink's IT services business was sold to Synoptek in 2016, along with a data center in Rochester

Logical Solutions' founder, Jim Salviski, re-acquired the facility in 2025 and relaunched it as Rochester Colo, LLC.

Carrier Connect announced in April, 2026 it was set to acquire Rochester Colo. Deal set to be closed by June, 2026
